The disappearing cookbook

This book is flying off Shelves!!

After several trips around town, searching chapters, walmart, Canadian tire, Sobeys  I found only 2 copies left at the superstore. Damn. Get em when they're hot!
If you cant find a copy I have got a book signing coming up in march at Sherwood park Chapters, that will be stocked up!
These recipes are quick, for all levels of cooking skill, fresh and taste pretty damn good.

Wood Fire Stove Kababs! Anywhere anytime Babe!

Who says making a healthy choice in a rushed situation is not always an option. A little creativity mixed with some randoms in your fridge can go a long way.

So I just got home in the afternoon, in a rush, gotta go, headed out to the bush for the next few hours. Gonna be hungry and looking for some quality protein to help get my sore shoulder muscles back in gear.
Open the fridge, there sits a lonely striploin steak, half zucchini, red bell pepper, lemon, and some garlic.
3 minutes. Large diced beef, rough chop pepper, cubed zucchini, skewer it up. How about a splash of red wine vinegar, EVOO, some lemon juice and salt and pepper. Lay those babies in some Tupperware and let them hang out with some halved garlic and that sprig of thyme I had chillin. Let em just marinade on the drive out shall we.
I love that wooden stove. Just a few sheets of disposable tin foil and let them sizzle to a beauty med rare. Cash money!

Double Jack Chicken!

Redneck righteousness! This recipes is super cool; it achieves the perfect ratio of cheese and crispness with no frying! Stuffed with jack cheese and sauced with a simple Jack Daniels pan sauce. This one will smack you upside your head with some wicked flavor. Serve with roasted corn for some extra icing on the cake.

Today Was A Bowl Of Soup Kinda Day

This soup is awesome in so many ways. Its that creamy and hearty mushroom soup that we can never seem to find.
Making this soup take only minutes and doesn't leave you with the mess that no one wants to clean up on a lazy sunday night, like come on!
You start off with a can of soup (mushroom) and a few other chopped fresh vegetables and with a couple more tricks up the sleeve from the recipe you end up with this baby. Fame under Under 15 Mintutes.

Another Dinner Party Booked!

Kristina was searching for a way to meet with her work associates and plan a night out for celebration and to develop partner relations. A peaceful night out  to sit back relax, be pampered and get lost in conversation with her peers.
Kristina decided to book a room in a nice hotel and have me cook a 4 course menu.
Cant wait for this one! Got some beauty's coming your way gals!

Splish splash! some Tuna Tartar fo yo ass

Mango Tuna Tartar.
After touring Mazatlan and having an awesome experience an a hole in the wall restautant. Being blown away my their Tartar I had to make the "Chef Sheridan Tartar" and here she is.
Using beauty red ahi tuna, avocado, mango and red onion this one comes together to dance up the whole pallet.
Switched up the texture with some chips to give a nice crunch, would have loved to use some crispy wonton but im layssseeee.
