Splish splash! some Tuna Tartar fo yo ass
After touring Mazatlan and having an awesome experience an a hole in the wall restautant. Being blown away my their Tartar I had to make the "Chef Sheridan Tartar" and here she is.
Using beauty red ahi tuna, avocado, mango and red onion this one comes together to dance up the whole pallet.
Switched up the texture with some chips to give a nice crunch, would have loved to use some crispy wonton but im layssseeee.
