Prawn Paradise from my latest Dinner party.
This one puts me at the beach somewhere tropical. We got citrus poached shrimp medallions, grilled eggplant and zucchini over a crispy wonton with mango hollandaise served with creamy coconut rice.Super smooth and sweet, definite lady pleaser!
